Salon Etiquette

Last minute cancellations and ‘no shows’ mean we are unable to offer these appointments to other guests meaning they cost us dearly in both money and time. Similarly, it is important that our guests turn up for their appointments on time, in order for us to meet their expectations and not cause disruption to other guests.

Please remember when booking all appointments that this time is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellation Policy

We understand clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. Should you need to do so we ask for at least 24 hours notice or a fee of £25.00 will be charged for late cancellation or no shows. We sadly can not fill these appointments at late notice so this is the reason we have this fee regardless of circumstances. For new guests having a colour service we take a £25 deposit. We require notification of at least 24 hours otherwise you will loose the deposit. Thank you for your understanding..
