Last minute cancellations and ‘no shows’ mean we are unable to offer these appointments to other guests meaning they cost us dearly in both money and time. Similarly, it is important that our guests turn up for their appointments on time, in order for us to meet their expectations and not cause disruption to other guests.

Please remember when booking all appointments that this time is reserved exclusively for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. Should you need to do so we ask for at least 24 hours notice For all guests booking online we take a £25 deposit. We require notification of at least 24 hours otherwise you will loose the deposit.  

If you want to cancel your appointment giving us 24 hours notice and do not wish to reschedule,  we will refund you the £25 deposit to the card you paid with. 

Repeat offenders who no show for their appointment will be asked to pay for the full service upfront.
